Early Bird Full Registration - $320 CAD (including GST) on or before February 9, 2024
(must be completed online, faxed or post-marked no later than February 9, 2024)
Full registration - $370 CAD (including GST) after February 9, 2024
Student Registration - $85 CAD (including GST)
The registration fee includes a copy of the proceedings, three breakfasts, two lunches, five nutrition breaks, and two evening receptions.
Banquet - $75 CAD (including GST), Wednesday evening 3-course dinner and entertainment (The Heebee-jeebees)
One Day Registration - $170 CAD (including GST)
Friday Morning Registration - $100 CAD (including GST)
Payment may be made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Cheque. Cheques must be payable to the "Western Canadian Dairy Seminar"

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
For cancellations received prior to February 26, 2024, registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after February 26, 2024 will not be refunded, but substitutions are permitted.
Please do not attend the Seminar if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. Contact wcds@ualberta.ca for any cancellations due to sickness, which can either be substituted or deferred.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
The program for the 2024 Western Canadian Dairy Seminar is approved for 13.5 h Continuing Education Credits with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association and the Saskatchewan Veterinary Medical Association.
